With his strong interpersonal skills, Kourosh Rad is a reliable project manager in connecting multi-disciplinary teams and taking a sensible approach to deliver results. He has invaluable experience in development and implementation of urban and regional projects through urban design and planning practices. He is competent in policy interpretation and development, regulations and approval processes and has played influential roles within several planning and design projects. As a self-motivated and problem solving associate, Kourosh has demonstrated his ability to communicate effectively with the stakeholders throughout projects. As the Chair of Halifax's Design Review Committee, Kourosh has extensive experience with development projects and he recognizes the importance of good design and livable places. Kourosh also understands the value of meaningful public engagement in the betterment of the projects. Her is constantly challenging status quo engagement methods and thrives to create unique solutions to in-depth public engagement methods for different communities and projects. He holds workshops across the country and internationally to share his expertise in public consultation.
